Battery Protection System Firmware

Our Battery Protection System (BPS) is responsible for processing data from the Battery Management System (BMS) and controlling relays (AIRs) for the batteries. The core of this logic is done by a simple state machine, but has a fair bit of auxiliary utilities to handle interaction with the board's peripherals.
